  • 3D Sculpt Creation Process

    Send us a few photos (front and side).
    First, We’ll create a digital file for approval. Once the revisions are complete, we will proceed to production (3D printing). Please note whether the sculpture should include coloring. Finally, we’ll carefully package and ship your sculpture.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund, excluding expedited orders.


    Please note, due to the personalized nature of custom products, refunds are not available once modeling begins. Thank you for understanding.

  • Shipping Time

    Production and shipping take approximately 4-6 weeks (up to 10 weeks for complex or oversized sculptures). Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your specific requirements.
